iOS Applications

Bare Strategy LLC develops iOS applications. This section describes the data practices for each app.

Build

Build (Build: How You Actually Train) is a strength, mobility, core, and cardio tracking application for iOS. Data practices:

• ✓Health & Fitness Data: Your workout, cardio, and mobility logs, body measurements, and body composition data are stored on-device and, if you sign in, optionally synced to your personal iCloud via Apple CloudKit. This data is never transmitted to Bare Strategy servers.
• ✓Apple Health (HealthKit): With your permission, Build reads workouts, active energy (calories), heart rate, sleep analysis, steps, and body weight to power your progress analytics and morning recovery-readiness score, and writes your completed workouts, active energy, and body weight back to Apple Health. Health data is used only to provide these in-app features. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never shared with third parties, and is not stored on any Bare Strategy server. You can grant or revoke each data type at any time in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Build.
• ✓Account: Sign in with Apple is optional and used only to enable iCloud sync. Bare Strategy does not store your email address or credentials. Build is fully usable without signing in.
• ✓Account & Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, under Settings → iCloud Sync → Delete Account. This removes your data from the device and from your iCloud (via CloudKit) and clears your Sign in with Apple identity. Because your data never reaches our servers, there is nothing further for us to delete. Any active subscription is managed by Apple in the App Store.
• ✓Analytics: Build contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind, and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
• ✓Purchases: Build offers a 14-day free trial (no payment information required), then optional Premium subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase. All purchases are managed by Apple via StoreKit. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple, and Bare Strategy does not have access to your payment details.

Badged In: RTO Compliance Tracker

Badged In is a return-to-office compliance tracking application for iOS. Data practices:

• ✓No Account Required: Badged In does not require any account, email address, or personal identifier. No user data is ever transmitted to Bare Strategy servers.
• ✓Attendance Data: Your daily status logs (in-office, remote, PTO, etc.) are stored entirely on-device or synced to your personal iCloud via Apple CloudKit. Your employer has no access to this data.
• ✓Location: If you enable geofence check-in, Badged In requests "Always" location access to detect when you arrive at your designated office. Location monitoring is processed on-device and is never transmitted to Bare Strategy. When you set your office address, Badged In uses Apple Maps to look up its coordinates, so the address you enter is sent to Apple for that lookup (standard MapKit/CoreLocation behavior). Your attendance data is never sold or shared with third parties.
• ✓UK Holidays: Badged In fetches UK bank holiday data from the publicly available gov.uk API (https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays.json). No user data is included in this request.
• ✓Analytics: Badged In contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.

Moody Mochis

Moody Mochis is a daily mood journal application for iOS. Data practices:

• ✓No Account Required: Moody Mochis does not require any account, email address, or personal identifier. No user data is ever transmitted to Bare Strategy servers or any third party.
• ✓Mood & Journal Data: Your mood logs and journal entries are stored entirely on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is never transmitted off-device.
• ✓No Internet Required: Moody Mochis is fully offline. No network requests are made at any point during use.
• ✓Analytics: Moody Mochis contains no third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs of any kind.
• ✓Data Collection: Moody Mochis collects no data. No data is linked to your identity, and no data is used to track you.
