Everything in one app.
Most workout apps force you to choose: strength OR mobility. Build treats them as equals. Because that's how you actually train.
Strength + Mobility, Together
Log your lifts on Monday. Track your FRC session on Tuesday. See it all in one history. No switching apps. No gaps in your record.
150+ Exercises Across Every Training Type
From barbell compounds to yoga flows to kettlebell core work. Fully guided with form cues, difficulty levels, and common mistakes.
Workout Programs Built In
PPL, Upper/Lower, Full Body. Start a program and the app tells you what to do each day. Show up and execute.
Smart Rest Timer
Configurable rest periods with background notifications. Your phone can sleep. You keep moving.
Supersets, Made Simple
Group exercises with A/B/C visual designation. Add, reorder, split. All during your workout.
Progress That Actually Means Something
Volume trends, personal records, FFMI analytics for those tracking body composition. The data that matters to you.
Why Build exists.
I used to work out pretty consistently. Then the pandemic hit, and like a lot of people, I stopped. When I finally got back to it, I realized how much ground I had lost. I was 40, kneeling down to pick something up off the floor hurt, and getting back up was worse. I wasn't in the shape I thought I was. I needed to actually fix that. Not just look better, but move better.
That meant strength work, yes. But also mobility. FRC for my joints. Core stability so my back would stop aching. Zone 2 cardio because I wanted to be around for my kids' graduations. Real training for real life.
The Problem With Every Other App
I tried a lot of apps. Apple Fitness+, MyFitnessPal, Strong, Hevy, Built with Science+. Each one solved part of the problem. The lifting days were covered. But when I wanted to log a full-body mobility session, they either didn't support it or made me feel like it didn't count. I'd end up with my strength work in one app and everything else in Apple Notes. There was no single place where the whole picture lived.
So I Made What I Actually Needed
Build tracks everything because that's how I train. Monday and Friday are upper body. Wednesday and Saturday are lower. Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday are cardio, mobility, and core. It's all training. It all matters. And now it all lives in one place.
I'm not trying to compete with apps that have 200 features and AI coaches and social feeds. Build does one thing well: it tracks your training the way you actually do it. Strength and mobility and core and cardio. The whole picture. Because fitness isn't just about the days you lift heavy.
